Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Myemind. We take pride in providing high-quality toys designed for your child's development. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been heavily used, modified, or damaged by the customer.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or PayPal's policies.

 

4. Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@myemind.com with photos of the product. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no extra charge.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@myemind.com
